About the event
Indigenous and non-Indigenous people are invited to come to Airdrie to hear Elders from across Treaty 6 & 7 Territories and the Métis Nation of Alberta Region 3 to speak at five different events.
Our third talk is on September 30 when Elder John Sinclair from Cree Nation will share his stories and teachings.
Due to the nature of the talk the Elder recommends ages 14 and over. The talk may include personal stories that attendees may find unsettling. A trained Trauma Support Worker will be available if anyone needs support.
